hmm, to tell you the truth I have never used Dev Crit in a singleplayer only on PW's and I found that most of the time the Dev Crit Bug was there ( do a devastating Critical> monster dies >no XP ) so I have basicly thrown that in the bin of not worth it, dont get me wrong it worked beautifully as long as I didnt care about the XP loss and since I was lvl 40 anyway it didn't matter, that said IMHO it was a waste of feats you need stuff like mobility (pretty useless) built you BASE STR (unmodified) up to 25 Bah no thanks better things then that to get, oh and inregards to the Sorc lvls, sure I only used them for protection, in the case of the Monk/Sorc/RDD example, I mean you could take bard instead, it is only there to get to the RDD lvls and thus get all the ability bonuses, and the few extra feats, it is just that with my character I was not really worried about the rogue and Song abilities that are available as a Bard, and with a Sorc at least you get too use the spells you need and use the full complement instead of being stuck with Identification or something else <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
@Womble I am sure you are theoretically right and I am not even gonna think about debating with you <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> (learned that lesson in the Git thread <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> ) but the way My character turned out .... well of the 50-60 players on the world I play ... no-one can beat me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
