I only used Deekin temporarily.
I only used him to identify my stuff and then I dropped him like a hot brick again.
Then I picked him up to bring into chapter two just to leave him in the temple to identify my stuff again.
Then I grabbed him just before the end of chapter two to take into chapter 3 just to identify my stuff again.
