Right. It doesn't, if they have no connection of their own.

I think that whole ordeal from the FAQ was written for those 56k'ers who might wanna' bother their friend who might have broadband, for a much faster connection to DL the mod from and then burn it to CD.

I hope they don't get alot of people mad because of that (think that they can buy it and download it from a friend's computer and then find out they can't play it because of no internet connection of their own).

The LIVE Internet Connection for a SP-mod is a rediculous requirement, since it checks for your "online authentication" every time you LOAD a save. I tend to LOAD saves a lot, hehe.
