I'm thinking about start a new character - maybe a shifter to be more specific.
What do you people has to say about this class, is strong enough? i never made one.
Shifters are fun! Oh, lots of goblins? I'll just turn into a minotaur! Nasty wizards? I'll become a basilisk and turn them to stone! Backstabbing thieves? I'll be a vampire immune to sneak attack!
Just don't become the undead while clerics are around.

enemy clerics aside, the undead forms are very powerful. that scythe-wielding risen lord has x4 criticals, whirlwind attack, and vampiric regeneration.
shyon, you can check out the forums on
www.bioware.com under hordes of the underdark. there's a good shifter build there that's been discussed thoroughly.
i'd agree with handefood, shifters are fun! that cute kobold commando has a nasty sneak attack and hips.
