Don't put yourself down Spick old boy. I never figured out what the hell to do with those jurers at all until I read the solution!

Never tried that armour crafting either. Seems to be a bit of a waste of time. Unless you MP on a low-magic PW or something.

@ Mea -> next time, try Donna Karan.

talk about the jury, i recall KOTOR has the same styled quest. i hope there will be more of such quests in the future RPG; more engaging especially for those who follow Law & Order.

I thought the jury quest was soooo cool.

And I also got the 5-0 verdict to free him. It really isn't hard to do if you
stay away from certain dialogue options.

Ubereil, i got the opinion that you "fiddled" to much, you should have just got stuck in and stop worrying about what you can and can't do.

I killed some big mother of a Dragon today!!...he was mucking about with the Dwarves and Dryads in the snowball thing, managed to fix some amulet that was in with the dragon and then i slaughtered the mother quite easily after that.
I have now taken a stroll to Fort Ilkard where i am looking for the 2nd Orc Bandit amongst other things.

...ahhh the first word of power.

hurry on and finish the game spick, then bring your char into hotu. can't wait to see what you think of that.

your char will fall over powerful magical items left & right in hotu, i tell you.

^^^^ Indeed what about SoU, it may not be as good as HotU, but it certainly is not too be missed and aside from that there are still some mods available on the NWVault that had a very good try connecting the OC and Sou and then HotU.

Personally I am sorry that I havent got the time to play it all right thru ... again cause I would love too ... but I still have to do Adam Millers Demon Mod not too mention Broce Niellson's mod and A call to Adventurers that I still have to finish

well, you can play it alright. but sou is designed for new characters. so it's not advisable to carry over your nwn char, unless you like bashing kobolds & gnolls left & right & not getting hurt at all. and sou's plot has nothing to do with the oc & hotu.

but as i've said, you can play it if you prefer. anyway, it's a short game.

good luck!

I’ve played almost every Character class in NWN except for the Druid and for the fun of it I started a new HoTU game and created a Druid.

Let me tell you something, the Druid has to be the most POWERFUL class I have ever played in my life in the NWN series games!!!
I was completely BLOWN AWAY by the damage that a Druid could dish out!!!
Man this class is majorly under rated and should be talked about and taken more serious!

The Druid can dish out WAY more damage than any Sorcerer or Wizard in the NWN series if played correctly.

I like this class a whole lot and it has breathed new life into me wanting to play the whole NWN series again.

You can Shape shift if you want, but I have never done that yet so I never have had to worry about any of my stats changing.

I mean my simple 16th level Druid has Spells so powerful that I wiped out groups of enemies in a snap AND my Animal Companion took out a Dragon all on its own!!!
After I improved it with my Druid buffs made specifically for your Animal Companion and a couple of other spells.
