Glad your opinion is the same as mine. I was waiting and waiting and waiting for your reply and finally took chain lightning, summon lvl 6 monster (I prefered it to planar binding because it lasts longer and I think you get better exp with it. Binding is much deadlier though). I will go with rogue a bit later or maybe even stay pure wiz. because, finally, I can find plenty of speed drinking potions and cast haste.
But now I can say that thanks to good build up my wiz can really kick things. He can kill anything quickly. Yes in a long run his batteries run out fast and he needs continuous and undesturbable rest, but when he faces tough enemy he can just unleash fury of his deadliest spells and watch them burn <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />
