As a Wizard go “Spell Penetration”.
If it was me I wouldn’t put anything in melee / distance types of combats as a Wizard.
Focus only on spell casting.
Also, as a Wizard, I’d only put my extra stats in INT.
The higher your INT. the more powerful your spells will be.
So use the Empowerd Foxcunning spell immediately after every time you rest.
