I say after all these words of wisdom ...... except, do not let other people influence the person you are, because

on a further tidbit in a similar vein, the Restaurant I work in had a problematic customer 1 day, he blatantly said to me that he would refuse to be served by his current waiter, now this guy happen to be a top notch waiter, he is also Vietnamese! To which I concluded, by the customers inference and tone, not to mention the excellent standard of service he has had thus far, that the customer was a "Racist" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" /> I fixed this by saying "certainly Sir, another waiter shall be with you in a moment" and then proceeded to tell the afore mentioned waiter to get his Brother to serve the table <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> conclusion I was happy (cause I like being a smartass) the Vietnamese Brothers where happy, cause they thought it was a good joke <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> The customer well I dont really care about him ..... do you ?
