i found an easy way to train if you are a survivor:
when u hav the skill lay trap buy bout 10 scorpian traps. u then go to the barraks where all the soldiers turn evil and set all the scorps off in there and watch your exp shoot up! this also works in trhe ork encampement quest for captain mintox.

and 3 questions:
1.what is the best weapon for the survivor?
2. what level should i be before i do the dungeon in stormfist castle cos i'm lvl 12 and i cant do it.
3. what lvl should i be before i try to fight that guy in the bottom of dwarven bread inn?

1)there are some good daggers in the game... some prefer bows or even swords for a survivor though
2) well i don't think you can do it before lvl 18-19... but it is best to wait until you have finished all other quests you can do before going to Stormfist Castle (and so normaly should be 30-35 by then)
3) not before lvl 30-35...

I did most of the quests in Rivertown and Verdistis and cleared the Rivertown sewers before entering the castle, and had no problems in Iona's dungeon. As above, some people recommend doing some or most of the Dark Forest.

With the fight at the Dwarven Bread inn, you can 'cheat' if you like. Drop armour, weapons and/or potions on the ground before talking to the manager, then pick them up on your way to the ring; the poison skin spell is also effective.

As a Warrior, I found the fight under teh Drawven Bread in not too difficult at about level 15-20. I had level 5 Stun which kept him occupied for most of the time.
