Tsel, sorry to hear about your Handycap, but i can say if you play a fighter, you do not need push (in Fightsituation) other Keys as the Ctrl Key.
The rest can be handle by the Right Hand and the Arrow Keys.
You do not need to play with the Mouse, it is allways easyer to Play only with the Keybord.

Oh, I’m not missing my hand or anything.
My tendons cause my 3 last fingers to move together when I bend them.
Otherwise no one would know by looking.
