Ube, in every skill you can learn to levels. (Sneaking has only one Level, and Acrobatic)
Only the way of magic offers six Levels (in the game named as "Circles")
There are Runes for each Circle which you can buy.
In G2 you can make the runes by yourself, you need only the circle and the ingredienz.
Sneaking and Pick-pocketing are only usefull to solve the Quest with Fingers who think that a member of the old Camp must have something learn.
In G2 Sneaking and Pick-pocketing is better Implemented in the Game, and you get EXP if you make a Pick-pocketing.
