Well I finally got to the quest exposing Elrath, but I forgot to get the 2 potions from his basement to cure the 2 people in the quarantined area, before I left that area to complete the quest. Is there any way to get back into his cellar?

useualy the same way you got in. When i played through that part i got kicked out, and i had to find his spare key hidded under a rock (look in his back yard away from the roads) or you could lockpick his door (lvl 2 i think), then use the teleporter pyramids to enter the back room (the lamps are switches, save before trying this or you could get stuck) remember to drop the pyramids before useing them.

Well the problem is that I all ready used the key, and Elrath is gone. I've got lockpick level 5 but I still can't open the door.

Once you confront Dr Elrath with the evidence against him, the door is locked and can not be lockpicked. You can 'cheat' to get past the door;

FIX for the Missing Catacombs Portal (file swapping) or Teleporting Anywhere, via hex editor

or get replacement potions;

you should just chop those dirty people up

I found the key to the front door and went in after I spoke with him. I can't get the inner door open. I am at level 5 lockpick. Can't find him, can't find a key. How do I get to his basement?
