A man is asked what his daughters look like.
He answers,
"They are all blondes, but two,
all brunettes, but two,
and all redheads, but two."
How many daughters did he have?

My second guess was 2 again, both old and grey...
And my third guess was the correct answer. But were the first two technically wrong - given that nobody would ever phrase a question in such a tortuous way?
