I See. I think, before we got our own rating system here in Germany, it would be completely banned ... and not sold to people over 18 anyway. "Banned" means that most hops wouldn't sell it at all - less monnkey to make.
Now, we have our own ranking system, which basically says that anyone who buys a game that is labelled over 18 should show his or her passport - I don't know how it's actually handeled by / in the shops.
