I am not sure if many of you are aware of this but in around 20-30 years the world will be realy short of resources and so the US being the most powerful have used this info to their advantage by trying to get most of them for themselves.
And all because we in the west lives so whastefull <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" />. We should resycle as much as possible.
