What i am saying is that the most powerful nation has the advantage of bending rules to suit its goals....its what all the preivous superpowers(or then known as empires) did before them and will ultimately lead to their downfall...i am not sggesting that Iran or whomever gets the resources..i think that if a country has its own resources then it should be able to hold on to it.
This will help it to trade for instance.
Also to add more misery for the world i am sure tat most poeple relalise that in 20 years the global weather patterns will change dramically...the recent evidence of this were the tornados the state of Florida had to put up with...that unfortunately will be more of what scientists predict.
