I dont thnk 20-30 years is a little short...apparently the US military has tried to surpress simliar scintific evidence which points in this direction
I dont think it will be as worse as day after tomorrow but it will be bad...indeed some scientists think England will have a climate of the seberian desert. Earthquakes in india...blah blah.
