At one point you do get the option of talking to Annah about her feelings for you in one of the conversation options. You can get to kiss her, and she's pretty much your girl from that point.
If you are trying to pursue Grace, she says at the end that she will find you wherever you are in the lower planes, and she does something to bind her soul to yours. She says it may seem an eternity and you must never forget. You say given that much time you are not sure - you might forget. She answers with one of my favourite lines in the whole game - "Time is not your enemy! Forever is!"
So it's a case of 'Given enough time, Nameless & Grace will get together' basically <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Grace will always refuse to discuss her feelings for you up to that point, but tell Ravel you think you could love her and she won't exactly be displeased about it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
