i don’t want to be rude, but i agree with good ol' bean - isn’t this all a bit over the top?
wouldn’t it be better for the adults involved to play this down instead of up? to show the little girl that it isn’t a big deal for someone else to see a copy of your picture, that in fact it’s rather flattering?
by responding with an even bigger fuss and drama, isn’t this sending the wrong message to the kid? that being a bit of a drama queen pays off?
