I am in the map where NixFix is located. Now I am really stuck. I missing keys and levers. I have explored everywhere in the upper and lower maps and can't seem to go any further. I have the mirror for duplication, and have the key that opens one of the four doors and I chose the emerald necklace and ring. Now I have no idea what to do next. I still need a key or a lever to get the room next to where nix fix. i killed the monster and he won't give the key for it. I pulled a bunch of levers that opened a series of doors but can't open the first. Also where do I get the red gems for the imp statue. How do I insert them to the statue

Here is a map of the level 1 maintenance tunnels (spoilers).

If you drop the cell key on the duplication mirror, it will create another key for those 4 cells, and possibly break. If it does not break, you can repeat the process, so get from 2 to 4 keys.

You get the key for the room Nixfix locked later, after reaching the summoning level of the academy and starting the quest about drugs.

The red gem is straight east of Nixfix. The statue is a container, so you can just click on it to open its inventory window, then drag-and-drop.

okay, thanks for yor help man. those maps helped me with a lot of issues. Two questions remain. I tried to drop the key on the mirror as stated but it doesn't seem to work. DO I have to be in a specific area for it to work. Where do I get the key to open the gate to get the gem. I found 2 red gems and only 1 yellow one. Do you use the red gems in the imp statue. Also when i get the gem from below the dragon, do i take it to the raanaar ghost who says he wants the gem with him. I have found the battelfeild keys but do i need to go to the battlefields for this area to get items for the quests. I am basically wanting to go ahead and complete the game but can I go ahead and skip the battlefields in the level to finish the game. Last question, is there anything I need to know aboutthe summoning level of the academy. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" />

AFAIR, you should just need to drag and drop the key onto the mirror (maybe it is the other way around?). Are you doing this with the items in your hero's inventory? Are you sure you have the right key? I did this in the area right beside the cells, but would not expect location to have an effect (except possibly combining them in the BF).

You do take the dragon gem to the Raanaar ghost.

The BF is separate from the main game. There are no quest items for the main game in the BF, and vise versa. Other than visiting the traders, I have not been doing the BFs at all.
