Even when you buy a complete system.... the driver cd's are COMPULSORY... they are not allowed to keep it back.
You should get cd's with the following in a computer.
Compulsory:
Motherboard
Graphics card
CDWriter / DVD etc
every peripheral card (like extra network card, modem, sound(even external sound) etc)
Printers and Scanners (if you take that with the comptuer)
External devices such as Harddrives / CD Roms (if you take external devices)
Hardware that sometimes have cd's with them:
Monitor, LG, Samsung and LCD's are known to have, the rest more often doesnt have, but this is not a must.
Keyboards with specialised buttons will have cd's with them
Mice with specialised buttons will have cd's
Some UPS's come with monitoring software
Windows operating systems, they HAVE to give you both the CD AND the cd-key licence sticker... (according to regulations you should stick this sticker on the computer, but i keep all mine in a file, since the licence becomes void if you remove it from the computer and put it on another.... what happens if you change your case?????)
all manuals and driver cd's they HAVE to give to you. The only companies that does not give this is packard bell / dell or companies like this, but they supply a "restore cd" which contains the fully functional and registered windows, with the drivers installed already. (personally i hate this)
your computer is what we call a component system (everything is not intergrated into the motherboard like packard bell), which means it will come with all the cd's.
