With Pickpocket at level 1, you can steal an 'unlimited' number of stackable items by holding the control key down when clicking on the stack, and taking all but one of the items. If you do not take the entire stack, it is not counted as a steal. With repeated trips to the BF, you can steal enough to buy whatever charms are available. charm effects
