i tested the bosmer/woodelf and he can't summon a creature, but he has the command creature abilitie.

'on touch' means you need to touch the target. so if you use your 'on touch' healing spell, you stand next to the npc you want to heal and you cast the spell. your hand should 'touch' the target. you also got destruction spells on touch. like when fighting an enemy with a melee-weapon, on touch is best to use.(ranged spells use more magicka then touch spells).

EDIT: in the start of the game (prison till you first need to fight some rats) the game runs kinda slow (no matter what settings) and the spoken things are not following each other (like the other prisoner says something and a minute later he says something else, instead of saying it normally) and the first words of each sentence doesn't gets spoken. did somebody else encountered this too?

EDIT2:
Quote
'All GeForce FX series (5200-5950) cards run this game like crap. FPS is lower than 10 even with everything on lowest settings.
If you are going to get Oblivion and have GeForce FX series card you have to buy new GFX-card to run this game playable. No driver update will make this game playable because GeForce FX series hardware SM 2.0 implementation is poor and slow.'

Just re-read this, and i got a geforce fx (5700) and the game runs fine, so i i would have like a geforce 6100 it would even look better?
