It's about fun, the website has some beer questions when you go to do a mail account, to say the truth the bartender link is about women. The relation is beer(yellow) = blonde(yellow hair) girls, well at least here in Brasil.

We say:

Desce(Down) uma(a) loira(blonde) gelada(cold)! - beer is implicit.
Give me a cold blonde!(beer)

Hard to explain.

Blonde girl it's more like a expression but isn't blonde girl is just blonde, cause beer is blonde beer(yellow too).
