firstly u have to go to My Home. scroll down to see Main Configuration & click on "Personal information, email, password, etc." which will bring u to a page where u can insert the link of the picture u want to use as avatar (little pix next to your name). once the page is fully loaded, scroll down to find these words;
URL to your picture (80x80 max pixels, may be smaller) (.gif, .jpg, .png accepted)
now place the link of the picture that u want to use but make sure it is within the requirements or it won't show.
