Do it have to be fries at all? Eating frie in the middle of the week will be kind of hard with parents who's trying to loose weight...

merendrious, if i cannot find belgian fries here in malaysia, can i have fried belgians instead?

too early to congratulate merendrious yet as his day is tomorrow.

Fafnir, can u describe the vegan delight that u will have for thanksgiving? i'm curious as i'm mostly carnivorous with a tinge of herbivore in my blood. like a cat that sometimes chew fresh blades of grass for disgestion.

To janggut:

Thanksgiving is just a normal get off of work holiday for me.
It really doesn't hold anything special other than...

"Oh, man do I have to see those relatives again?!"

I usually, try to make it a special day just for my wife; because, I love her so.

@ TheDivine
Have a nice Tofu day, or Quorn day or whatever you feel like celebrating What about a Pringles day? They are for both vegetarians and veganists, it's about the only thing that actually tastes good!

I don't think so Belgium is the land where they 'invented' fries, but for some reason they became internationally known as French fries (probably because they became popular in foreign countries via French restaurants that copied the recipe). So nect time you eat French fries, spread the word: they should be called Belgian fries

Completely untrue. French fries are the best ones.
