sounds great! Are there many of these trainers, and are they hard to find? Can every trainer just learn you one or 2 skills, or does he have new ones each time you level up?
Class trainers--priest, warrior, druid, etc. are found in major cities and towns. All of them can train you as high as you need. You can view all skills and at what level you get them when you visit the class trainer.
Profession trainers, on the other hand, can only train you up to a certain level, and for higher level training you must find a higher level trainer. Some may be hard to find. (unless you read about them on the web)
