This Half Life case mod is so good I thought it would be nice to have a thread about case mods so we could see more cool ones.

Ube, case modding is simply a term for modifying computer cases. ther are a few pix that u can already see what can be done to make a case look hotter/cooler/better.

u can see how a case can look as a log cabin.

Nifty log cabin. I wonder about heat dissipation though.
I'll bet Ube winds up doing something cool with the computer he buys/builds. You know that custom decalds are easy to make; I used to do it with RC cars. You just cut out whatever artwork you want, paste it on your machine, and then put a layer of clear contact paper over it. Practice it once or twice on your mom's refrigerator first to make sure you can make it look good.
Is there any reason you couldn't make separate little boxes for each component--HD, DVD drives, Mobo and wire them together. Then you could make a little choo choo train or a rack that looks like a rack of stereo components.

Maybe I will... Don't know how or what though...
