Explanation who St. Lucia actually is

Both articles are in German and the links go to articles from the website of my local newspaper. If I remember correctly, they won't be free for long (means that after some time you'll have to pay for them).

St. Lucia isn't common here, the article says, but Leverkusen has some scandinavian Twin Towns, if I remember correctly.
