Everyone knows (and understands) what a "herzliches Neujahr" ist ... would probably be a "hartlijk niewjaar" or something similar. I mean that "herzlich" means that it comes from the heart, I mean that you wish it from your heart, so to say.
Of course it comes from my heart! As I said before, my heart lays on my tongue, so everything I say comes straight from my heart! Grütt God. (something I picked up in Austria when I was 12, on our skiingclass, in 6th grade)
