Thanks for clearing that up for me, you must be as cuddly as your ava looks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
But someone once told me that Pontius Pilatus left the choice over to the crowd. Either the murderer Barrabas or the poor carpenterson Jesus and those people were Jews. Anyway, I still don't know why our Christian symbol has to be the Cross. It's scary and it shows only the saddistic nature of some people. I like the statue of Mother Mary with her child better or the paintings were Jesus heals someone or share his bread with his friends. And another thing I noticed, why do priests and nuns have to be celibate? Jesus himself had visited a whore, Magdalena? Or was she his mistress, I don't care, he was a healty man after all, but still, celibaty these days? No wonder, so many priests touche little boys and girls, and some nuns are really saddistic in their punishingmethods.
If I'm a pain in the a$$, just tell me so!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
btw, what is "IMO" means? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" /> Stupid question maybe, but I like to learn!

IMO = In my opinion.
IMHO = In my humble opinion.

I want to start talking about some of the origins of Christian and Catholic symbols, but I really don't feel like starting more controversy. I recommend reading The Da Vinci Code. It's an amazing book and gives you the answers you asked for above in a very good story.
