Hi i know this sounds really funny , but it's really giving me hell , ive even tried reloading the game.

First appeared in the room after choosing my character , the only way out is the ladder in the next room correct?

After clicking ladder up she goes and dissapears... the end ... what am i doing wrong or have i got a bug?

help wanted urgently.

Thats sort of weird.... You should be able to click on it and then be on the next floor.... Hmm... You have the patch? Cd in? Game installed? Computer on? Hmm....

Yep.

Do you have your caps lock key enabled? Caps lock (or shift) lets you move the screen focus away from your character (to see or throw stuff farther), but can also result in the focus not following your character when using stairs or ladders.

BTW, if you hadn't noticed, there is a patch. This may not be required for the re-release version; the version number is listed in the bottom right corner on the main menu (game version 1.0034A corrisponds to the latest 1.34 patch).
