Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) General My humble opinion..

First off.. This forum is first rate.. right off the bat I was given help and felt welcome.. with no degrading comments or showboats.. most places you go for gaming info ya get the "noob" and other smart comments... I appreciate this as I have been gaming for over 18 yrs now. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Hats off to Larian for making a truly enjoyable game.. I have read comments here and there about the graphics.. sound.. etc.
I am wayyyyyyyy more than happy with this game.. I will trade all the 45$ games I have with great graphics and crappy game play for games like this all day long. have 40 or more sittin here for any takers. ;P
I also read about it being poorly scripted and gripes about the BF's.. yer kiddin me right..
The worst thing in the world is getting into a game and having it over before you know it to me.
The BF's are a great touch and I feel it adds almost a second game free to the original.
I am heading straight out and getting DD to have ready to play when BD ends.

I had the patch 1.47 dnld'd and waiting for the game.. lol
So I never had to see the glitches/bugs.
Would be cool if somehow Larian managed to to for lack of a better word "follow" Blizzard and B-net and create a multi-player environment.

Guild Wars is approaching and I'll deff be grabbing that one.
Look at D2 been how many years now .. still 34.99 and people buy it left and right. Half Life 2 and Doom3 both dropped to that price after 1 month being out. Log on and there half a million games at any given time.
I believe BD / DD could deff develope that sort of following.
maybe wishful thinking.. just know I'd love to get in a game with some of the people here and be able to talk.
They would need to add character selections and few other things .. but it would be a dang good idea.. (Listening Larian? )
I just came off years on B-net and believe me people are hungry for a change bad.. and would shoot right over to this game.

lvl 6 doll (and he looks great with that giant crossbow.. thanks for sending me back for the doll)
just entered act 2 cleared bg area but haven't entered any dungeons yet.

But on the other hand we know when we must be serious (like now, about the Tragedy in South Asia).

I agree .. sending positive thoughts and prayers that way.
And funny and wierd is a good thing.. its what keeps sane from the "real world"
