I AM IMPRESSED.
That vegetation going to be [rap mode]phat[/rap mode]
<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
And since speedtree is used in games we can make some guesses toward the mystery project.
RPG: I thought that lar mentioned once that it wasn't going to be a RPG Sport Games are out since there is little use for vegetation here Race: Could be for the land scape but is less likely RTS: More likely than Race FPS: even more likely then RTS

I don't want to be unhappy or anything, but does GameBYRO have good graphics? I was looking at the screenshots of the games and they don't seem to be much different then Beyond Divinity. I'm not saying thats bad, I liked the graphics on the site and all the other Larian games, but I want reviews to tell people it has good graphics so they will like it and buy it!
Speedtree!??!!?
Elder Scrolls 4 and Vanguard SOH are both using it also! Now the 3 rpg's I am looking forward to alot are all using it! I've seen shots of Vanguard SOH and Elder Scrolls 4 and they all have good vegetation. Hope this means good vegies to eat!

With Gamebryo Larian should be able to make MUCH better graphics than in BD. Freedom Force had great grahics, the recent Sid Meier's Pirates! has greater graphics. I'm sure you can expect some awesome graphics for divinity 2.

Heh, as you were makinig this I was just looking at similer things! Gamebryo is based on the NetImmerse technology used in the development of more than 70 titles including blockbuster hits that have won numerous industry awards such as Mythic Entertainment’s Dark Age of Camelot, Bethesda Softworks’ Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and Irrational Games’ Freedom Force. Morrowind? Woa, that's some good graphics there. If DD2 has at least 1/2 of those graphics it will be frickin' good graphics. Here http://www.ndl.com/customers_overview.cfm

Sure, the technology which is licensed by Larian looks very good, but I hope Larian won't forget the game contents itself.

Inside every members of larian is a little boy or girl that advises em how to make a fun game.
In other news: Those little boy and girls want out. (damm cannibal larians ) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ROFL.gif" alt="" />

If there wouldn't be such "brains", I couldn't explain why <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> and <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> are very good games <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I just wrote my post above as a little reminder <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />

It looks like the larian boys(and lynn) are going for the heavyweight title.
In the red trunks we got the rpg known to all with it's beuatifull grafics but IMO sucky gameplay in the past they heve given us The Elder Scrolls I-III let's all welcome The Elder Scrolls IV
And in the blue trunks we've got the most addictive gamplay in the recent years with titles like <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> & <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> theire only fault were some times the wrong title and a bit lacking in Grapic power. We welcome <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" />²
I would be quite supprised if Larian could deliver a more beautifull game then the screenshots seen of Oblivion. But still the gamplay is more important. Will Larian be the Bethistasoft killer. Only time will tell.
<span class='standouttext'>Spoiler : </span><span class='spoiler'> yep larian is the Bethistasoft killer </span>
