Get together 8 people in a game (preferably with one higher level char) and dive through the portal to tristram. Kill everything in sight (or let the lvl 20 ish char do it) and level like crazy. Do it about 10 times and you'll go from level 1-12 in about 30 mins. Makes the rest of act one a little easier. After level 12 you can slowly go to level 14 and kill Andy. Should get to level 14 in the catacombs.
