i,m already here to join you, just making some repairs in my installation in few minutes i'll be there.

shoots, you just missed us. we're done w/ the session now. it was really a lot of fun. we played for 3 straight hours & finished act 1 in 1 sitting. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />my pally is lvl 15 now, as well as ube's necro. fine little army we have now: 6 skellies, golem, mage & two mercs. i wanted to play some more but i still have work tomorrow. we have to set a new play session again if ube enjoyed the one we had earlier.

i committed to help you out w/ your brand new char, so next time you're free, post it here or pm us so we can help you level up your char. you have to start the game though. i can play again tomorrow. think you're available?

it's ok shyon. we were waiting for you to join the game. i'm hoping we can play next saturday & sunday, depending on your & ube's availability. as for me, i'm free on both days. as what we've done, just pm us or post in advance your schedule so we can get the game up & running. i think we can go a long way in normal, if not finish it altogether, in 2 playing sessions. that'd be so we can get the better mercs in act 2 nightmare.

been really a lot of fun and we were hoping you and others who are interested can join. it'd be great to see a big party. eventually, we'll try & fill out the 8-person party hopefully. that would be awesome.

it's been very easy so far. andariel & blood raven didn't last very long to amp + might. the minions are doing most of the dirty work. though ube & i almost died when we crashed into a pack of archers in radament sewers. i almost died too because of that poison by radament. good i had an antidote ready in my backpack. nonetheless, the troops are performing up to par. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Yeah with sure crusader i learned my lesson.
i'm at lvl 10 in 40 minutes game, i believe with one session of 1:30 hour max i reach your lvl.

great job shyon. i think you an easily reach lvl 15 and we can party up soon enough in act ii to get the cube.

btw, what merc are you using? i've already hired the defiance merc and ube will hire the prayer merc. you can hire the blessed aim (act ii offensive) or, if you have the rogue merc from act 1, you can keep her. it all depends on you.

i'll contract the blessed aim, so the minions can hit more easy the beasts.
Auras are better than arrows. I'm already a missile trower.
do you know if the rune words for missile weapons work on trowing axes or javellins or just for bows?

the call is out for adventurers of all sorts to help us defeat the three prime evils and send them back into the abyss from where they came. thus far, our party is made up of ube (summoner necro), crusader (fana pally), and shyon (throw barb).

we need more chars from those who can join us in our weekend games. we don't mind some company from chars such as:

(1) big, hairy, smelly barb - whirlwind, frenzy, berserker, concentrate, any build. doesn't matter as long as you have massive hit points and can tank for the weaker chars.

(2) scantily-clad zon - who will rain arrows/javelins from afar. your butt may distract the other males of the party, but who cares? as long as you can help kill. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

(3) assy - martial arts, trapper. again, doesn't matter. another one of those butt-naked females and with dual fly swatters (to whack the flies swarming on the barb maybe? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />).

(4) sorc - at last, a female who's decently dressed. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" /> our party needs someone who can call in the elements of massive destruction.

(5) druid - werewolf, werebear, wind druid. any will do, as long as your dire wolves don't eat the corpses that the party's necro badly needs. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

(6) hammerdin - the cheesiest char in 1.10. after all, we need someone who can provide the party w/ some cheese. and a little wine, maybe?

(7) another necro who can specialize in poison/bone spells - high-level bone spear/spirit with max synergies can do a lot of damage.

but really, any char that you enjoy playing will do. heck, even someone with a broken sword and a cracked sash will do. i'm not sure how we'll survive hell with someone like that in a party, but still, it's worth a try. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

after all, the fun is in playing with others, and not in powergaming.

If anyone want to try, i read about a very good strategie of druid using rabies, i tesed it ni single player with players 8 - the druid is an assassin, the poison is strong a lot, kill many in one second or two, after the trowbarb, this is my next char.

last time i checked, throwing weapons can't be socketed unfortunately. so no runewords. they have good throwing uniques, by the way. and the rare thrown weapons i found w/ my throw barb before were very good. rares are much improved in 1.10.

i'm ok with your blessed aim merc. hehe, 4 auras all in all (blessed aim, prayer, defiance, plus might from my pally). i doubt if ube's skellie minions will ever die. can't wait to play with you guys this weekend.
