I can't get tax to give me the key to lvl 2 access tunnels.. I have the drug quest shows in my quests.. I talked to whats his face who denies having the summoning book even though the merchant told me he tried to sell it to him.. the other gaurd told me he saw him talking to IMPS etc.. but when I go to Tax he says nothing about lvl 2 tunnels.. what am I doing wrong here?
Also the uncle never said anything about me killing the tunnel monster even though i did and it still shows blue in my quests.?
I am getting a headache..hehe.. been staring at this screen for hours.
