The stuff in the urinals DOES make them aim more.... its been proven so many times over...

And your picture.... THat happens before a very severe electric storm.... we get that fairly often here.... doesnt matter where you are (in a tent / house / outside ), your hair stand up... and thats normally the sign to get to shelter FAST..... the simple explanation.... you are in a static zone, and lightning will strike less than 500 m from you....
