I didnt find any info on either of those names, but then you mentioned they not the right names...

if you run endit all before you shut down, it should make a difference... you can slowly work your way closer to the culprit process... when you find it, you can then take it out of your startup list (you can do this either through spybot's startup manager, or by typing MSCONFIG in the run menu.)

SPybot's startup mangager is just more userfriendly than the MSconfig... but they both do the same thing.
