Gal, please tell us what's the name of the virus. how do u know it is one? or maybe it's spyware? give us some symptoms first before we can let u know how best to tackle the beast.

anyway, if u happen to know the name of the virus, u can try finding the fix in Symantec's website. try searching.

other than that, i don't know how else to help unless i have more info.
