Have you run Ad-Aware and Spybot ? You can also download a DOS-based version of F-Prot which is free, too, but not an "on demand scanner".

Also, there is the German-based AntiVir which is also a good scanner.

By the way, if System Repair doesn't help, this could mean it was in before System Repair made an earlier "Snapshot" ...

By the way, I hope you still have a Firewall ?
