Gal first off, have you got Windows XP? if you do try system restore to before you installed that program.

If you have win98 or ME try this online scanner and remover Trend Micro ifthat dont work and you dont want to format at least it should tell you what the name of the virus is then go to Jangg's Symantec link and find the correct Virus removal tool.

and if that don't work yell out real loudly on all forums "Raze!!!!!!" the man is an outstanding helping hand when it comes to pc's and someone from this forum you can trust ....too <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

and if that don't work try getting a hold of the very busy Lady_Rain, who answered so helpfully below, it is not that I recommended Raze, without thinking of LR, but more like she sooo busy that I could hardly impose on her.
