hmmmmm been searching for stuff on Software distribution service 2.0 and OH boy......

Its part of a windows update (hotfix).... but according to everything that i found, it causes HAVOC... from scandisks not being able to complete (and defrags), to hotmail accounts becoming unaccessable... to unable to view pics online... even causing graphic programs to stop working (and maybe games?).

As far as i can find, there is so far no way to uninstall it, and system-restore wont restore to a point BEFORE it....

some people even reported network speed dropping along with browsing speed...

what is it and why is it causing havoc?
