Ube, i may be reading your posts wrongly but if u can see the BIOS with no problem but when it comes to windows, the display problem starts, then that's very much software problem. remotely it can also be graphic card problem (very rare but might be some RAM chip problem).

if the problem starts even when u're in the BIOS screen, then it's a very good bet that the monitor has problem.
