If I looked correct I think Zanzibar isn't even a country but a major city.

Zanzibar-city is the capitol of Zanzibar.

People speak English and Swahili there.

(the whole thing about Tanzania-Zanzibar is more complicated... a typical, human created, political thing)

Zanzibar is an Island from Tansania. And the Major Town of this Island named Zanzibar is Zanzibar.
We can Take the Two Islands Zansibar and Pemba.
Or the whole Country Tansania.
