Evanescence (in studio) is not the worst band arround. However when you look at the competition, you can clearly see that they did not stand a single chance against Lacuna Coil, Nightwish, After Forever, Within Temptation and other great bands with female leads. Of course I doubt many people who love Evanescence heard of any of the bands I just mentioned (except maybe Nightwish).
I have not seen Amy Lee live but I am pretty sure that her voice is as fake as her image and is processed through a dozen of reverbs.
If you want to listen to truly powerful female vocals, try Nightwish or Within Temptation. Unlike the annual flower of Evanescence, Nightwish exists for nearly nine years. Are you sure nobody knows them? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> Within Temptation is one of the few I kinda like these days. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/offtopic.gif" alt="" /> Guess your break is over, eh? Within Temptation is one of the few I kinda like these days.

I think if the boys want to dicuss wich female singer is the best, they should all open a new tread and listen to me!! I'm a great singer, especially "What's up" from the 4 non blondes!! Can anyone explain this to me? I think if the boys want to dicuss wich female singer is the best, they should all open a new tread and listen to me!! I'm a great singer, especially "What's up" from the 4 non blondes!! Can anyone explain this to me? Am I supposed to see something else? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> Hmm it is an old trick, if you read it backwards (which is an excellent way of spell checking) you will see that the word "The" appears twice, because it is on the end of a sentence and the beginning of the next sentence your brain automaticly ignores it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Asians (espessially eastern parts) don't have the same copy-protection laws as in the west, so they can copy basiclly whatever they whant (like Losec, made by the Swedish company Astra, who looses money like hell, because some Japanese company added something to the pill that didn't do anything and then said it was something completelly different <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/memad.gif" alt="" />).

I guess an image manipulation. The hands are clearly drawn (although very well), as well as the book and the book's drawings. The text, however, is certainly not.
