Seem to be stuck every which way this level. I've found & pulled all the levers that are supposed to let me up from the 1st level of the maintenance tunnels, but the door remains locked. Was I supposed to pull them in a certain order, that's the only thing I can suppose I must have done wrong. This is a fun level, enjoying the thinking required, but am just a tad frustrated at this point.

I had the same problem playing the game.
I had just forgotten to pull ONE lever !

All the levers are located on this map created by Hellfighter :
Pipes Level 1

Wow, that is a lotta levers, & yes, I did miss just one of the little beggars. All is well now, except I'm having fun learning how to "focus"! Never a dull moment. Wouldn't mind having the Official Guide every now & then, but (a) it may make things too easy & (b) I'm on dial-up & it would take eleventy-dozen hours to download. One of the hazards of life in the wilds!! Merci buckets for advice!

Hi Katt

I have a 56k modem and i needed about 2 hours or 3 hours for downloading the guide in the highest resolution.
The great pictures of Marian deserve the best resolution.

But i give you an advice for not downloading the guide right now.

1- Myrthos will release an updated version of the guide very soon.
This new version will implement the improvements of the last Beyond Divinity patch.

2- The official guide and the great online walkthroughs are very big spoilers.
I think it is better to completely finish the game before having a look to these spoilers.
You will always find somebody in the forum for helping or answering to the questions.

Barta

PS : Katt can you speak french ? You said "Merci"

With adsl it took me even about 30 minutes ( longer then the demo! ) at high resalution images. But I wanted them, because of how great the game/guide looks!

Barta, I'm just a schoolbook "frenchie", la chat gris, that's me....can read the backs of cereal boxes like a hot dern. Like to mix & match words, mostly. As for the guide, think I will bash on with the game & sometime when I don't need my phone for a stretch of time will then get the new upcoming guide. Have a good day!
