My microwave is still working. I don't see any harm in trying that trick with CD and with lightbulb, but there are some precautions I made: Take a glass of water (half) put your lightbulb with it's metal part into the water !important! metal part should be inside the water, all the rest - glass part of bulb could stay out.
With CD, take the same 1/2 glass of water, put CD on top. Water is for moisture, must have. If you follow these simple instructions you owen should be safe, but I can't guarantee that, so try on your own risk. And your CD-s and in most cases bulbs will be wasted! And don't keep your owen working after all effects are gone. CD's and bulb can start melting - that's bad.
