She just has to drive slowly.

I think that's left over from an old law where cars could only be driven in towns if someone was walking infront waving a flag (something like that). This is when cars were very rare and didn't really go above 20mph on the open range.

Yes and no.
This one was made specially for females. Back then american (political) males ware sure that females couldn't operate such a complex piece of machinery as a car.
And yes, she was allowed to drive 5 miles/hour at top speed. Again... for our safety. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

In Belgium... I wouldn't be surprised at all.
I even wouldn't be surprised if they send some officers to it's "home" to bring it in.
Besides, it prolly already got a lot of tickets. Becouse of all the cameras in Belgium.
