I was ready to open a poll or more exactly a thread for suggestions for openning a poll about the best topics of 2004 on larian boards, i thought it could be fun.

But at second thought i'm not sure it can't be "too sensitive".

to all: i would like to know your opinion.

I would like to nominate the Arguamentive Git thread. Allso the Please thread. If you're putting up a poll that is.

I have also an idea (in fact it is the idea of a new member) :
To open a discussion and then a poll to make the Hall of fame of our favourite quests in Divine Divinity.
Nobody reacted at this post in the Divine Divinity section, so i don't know if it is a good idea.

ok so you can make suggestions in this thread and if there is no objections to this topic in 2 or 3 days i will open a poll in the poll thread (as this thread is funny <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />)

i would like you justify a bit your suggestions (no reason to be long)
(for übereil it is not necessary as i have a clear idea why he suggested both threads and i personnaly thank him for that).

the suggestions shouldn't be limited to chat sections but also include DD and BD sections (general/help/technical).

please don't make 10 suggestions by person <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

if there is a serious argument against this poll project it would be aborted (well as far as i am concerned).

No i just want to know if the members would like to discuss about their favourite quests in Divine Divinity explaining why it is their favourite quests.

Then i could make a list of the favourite quests of the members.
Later a great poll.
And finally the hall of fame of the best quests in Divine Divinity.
Not in the chat section but in the general section of Divine Divinity.

If this idea works, later we could do the hall of fame of the favourite quests in Beyond Divinity.

It is just an idea, if the people dont like it i will not do it.

i had not answered his question, i had made a remark because i knew he was trying to enter a link and did not managed to. To many my remark should have sounded really off topic. but for the poll about DD quests i think it's a great idea and far less potentially offensive that designing a best thread... but it shouldn't be in the same poll and the suggestions shouldn't be in the same thread.

should i open another thread for the suggestions?

Barta, yeah, that would be a great idea! I remember my favorite quest. Actually I habe 2, but they are conjoined.

The two ideas seem good.
Your idea in the chat section and my idea in the Divine Divinity section.
Juste un conseil : You could rename this topic "Ideas for new topics".
